More Google reviews for restaurants
The table with more reviews fills first.
Your food speaks for itself — until someone searches “restaurants near me” and books the place with three times your reviews. Townproof shows you that gap, then turns every guest you serve into another fair chance to earn trust and fill more tables.

Named in AI answers
On Google Maps
First fix: get named on the sources AI keeps citing, then close the review gap.
Example numbers. Every real report links to the saved answers behind it.
New in Townproof
Customers already ask ChatGPT who to call. Now you can read the answer.
Townproof asks the buying questions for your services and area, over and over, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity. One answer proves nothing, because AI answers change between runs. A repeated pattern is the part you can trust, and the part you can fix.
No made-up score. No promised rankings. When coverage is thin we say so, and when an answer swings between runs you see that too.
Your baseline AI check is included with the trial. On a paid plan, re-run the same check every 28 days.

Strong evidence
First fix: get your business into the sources AI keeps citing for your rival.
Re-run the same questions later and compare like with like, so you know a change is real.
How people pick a local business is splitting in two.
Most still open Maps and compare stars, review counts and replies. A growing share skips the list and asks AI for one name. Both paths run on the same fuel: what is publicly true and provable about your business.

Every AI visibility claim opens to a saved answer: the service, the question, the date, and the sources it pointed to. When the data is thin, the report says so.

The questions every owner asks first.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The audit is free, and the dashboard opens without a card. Your first 20 review requests are included from day one. You only add a card when you want the full toolkit, like AI replies and deeper reporting.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are handled by Polar, and you can cancel from the billing portal in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal; there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Where do the customer emails come from?
Use a generic JSON webhook through Zapier/Make or your own system after a completed service, job or paid invoice. This is not a native booking integration. You can also import a file or add a customer by hand. Only add people you served and have permission to contact.
What if I only have a customer's phone number?
Townproof gives you a tracked review link and QR code. You text the link from your own phone, and the customer's number never leaves your device.
Is this allowed under Google's review policies?
Yes. Every customer gets the same ask, there is no gating, and there are no incentives. That is exactly what Google's review policies require: ask fairly, do not filter who can review, and never reward reviews.
What happens when I hit my monthly send limit?
Sending pauses and queued requests wait for the next month — or go out immediately if you upgrade. You're notified before you hit the cap. There are no surprise overage charges, ever.
How does the AI visibility check work?
Townproof asks the buying questions for your area many times across AI services (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity), keeps evidence from every answer it could read, and counts who gets named. Because answers vary between runs, you see the spread, not a promised rank. Your baseline check is included with the trial; paid plans include a follow-up check every 28 days.
Can you guarantee that Google or AI will recommend me?
No, and nobody honest can. Google results and AI answers change between runs, and nobody outside those companies controls them. Townproof saves the answers, shows the gaps you can act on, and re-runs the same checks so you can see whether the pattern moved.
See who your town gets told to call.
The free audit takes two minutes and does not need an account. Google and AI are already answering questions about businesses like yours. You may as well read the answers.
